How Velox Automation Boosted Conversion Rates Across 40+ International Markets
Velox is a fast-growing B2B workflow management platform. While their user retention was exceptionally high, prospective buyers dropped off during annual plan evaluations due to a lack of verified user proof.
The company
Velox Workspace is a B2B workflow management platform selling into enterprise teams across more than forty international markets. Retention was never the problem: the customers who adopted it stayed. The problem sat one step earlier, in the evaluation.
The challenge
Prospective buyers dropped off during annual plan evaluations because there was no verified user proof at the point where the decision was made. Plain-text reviews felt unconvincing against a high-ticket annual commitment, and the obvious alternative was worse: collecting video stories meant booking calls with busy customers, which does not scale past a handful of accounts.
What we put in place
The fix was to remove the scheduling step entirely. Velox sent a branded browser-based collection link that let customers record a testimonial from whatever device they already had open, with no app download and no call in the calendar. The clips that came back were routed into the sales and checkout funnels rather than into a folder nobody opened.
- 1-Click Browser Video Collector: one link, shared by email and in-app, recording straight from the browser.
- AI Subtitle Generation: captions on every clip, so the videos worked on a muted autoplay pricing page.
- Dynamic Wall of Love Embed: a live wall of love on the annual pricing tier, updating as new stories were approved.
- Smart Review Gating: happy customers routed to public platforms, critical feedback routed privately to the team. See how review gating works.
- Multi-Domain Widget Sync: one approved library serving every regional domain, rather than a separate set per market.
The results
Putting verified video on the annual tier moved the number that mattered. Submission rates rose because the ask took a customer two minutes instead of a calendar invite, and the team stopped spending its week chasing and scheduling.
Adding authentic video stories directly onto our annual pricing tier gave our buyers immediate confidence.
Why it worked
Nothing here was a new marketing message. The proof already existed inside the customer base, and every step was about shortening the distance between a customer who was happy to say so and a buyer who needed to hear it. That is the same pattern behind most of the results on this site, and it is the one covered in what a testimonial actually is.
