Yes. Every new account starts on the Free plan free for 7 days, with no credit card and no setup fee. You can move to a paid plan at any point during or after those days.

Nothing is deleted. Your reviews stay exactly where they are, you can still read and export everything you collected, and any widgets or Wall of Love pages already embedded on your site keep serving your visitors. What pauses is creating new things: collecting new reviews, adding widgets and sending requests wait until you pick a plan.

Every review added to your workspace in that month, whether a customer recorded it through your form or you imported it from another platform. They share one monthly allowance rather than two, so you never have to work out which pot something came from. Deleting a review does not add the allowance back, and the counter resets at the start of each billing period.

A space is one brand or product you collect reviews for, with its own forms, widgets, branding and team. Most companies need one. Agencies and multi-brand businesses usually want one space per client or per brand, which is why Agency includes 15 of them.

On Free and Starter, embedded widgets carry a small "Powered by StoryProof" badge. Removing it is included from Pro upwards. We would rather say so here than have you find out after you have paid.

Yes, from the billing screen in your workspace, and you are never locked into a term. If you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep everything until the end of the period you have already paid for.

An annual plan costs ten months instead of twelve, so you save 2 months, or about 17%. On Pro that is $490 for the year instead of $588, so $98 back in your pocket.

The plans differ in how much you can run, not in what the software does. Video and text collection, review request campaigns, contacts and smart lists, manual import, forms in six languages, the core widget layouts, the Wall of Love, moderation, tags, analytics, roles and brand settings are on every plan including Free. The paid tiers add higher limits and a handful of capabilities such as multi-step forms, automations and webhooks.
