What is StoryProof Autopilot for social posts?

Autopilot turns your approved customer reviews into branded social media posts on a schedule. You choose the accounts, which reviews qualify, the designs to rotate, when to post and a caption template once, and it keeps a steady stream of posts going without you making each one by hand.

Can StoryProof post to my social media accounts automatically?

Automatic posting is coming soon. Today you can design and download branded posts, and set up Autopilot completely: reviews, designs, schedule, captions and settings are all saved, so it is ready to start as soon as posting goes live.

Which social networks will Autopilot post to?

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Google Business Profile, each with its own image size and caption limits. TikTok, which takes video, is planned for a later release, and you can vote for Threads or Pinterest from your dashboard.

Will anything be posted without my approval?

Not unless you choose that. Review first is the default: posts wait in Approvals until someone approves them, and a post nobody approves in time is skipped rather than published. Post automatically is there for teams who want no clicks at all.

Which reviews does Autopilot use?

Only approved reviews whose author allowed publishing, and never private feedback. You can require 4 or 5 stars, choose text, video or both, pick the sources, and stop a review repeating for up to 90 days.

How are captions written?

From a caption template you write once, using the review, the reviewer’s name, their company, the star rating and your link. Autopilot fills it in for each post, trims hashtags to each network’s limit, and shortens only the quote if a caption is too long. Captions can be written in 6 languages.

Can I design and download review graphics today?

Yes. Pick an approved review, choose one of 6 templates and a size, add your logo and colours, and download a PNG, JPEG or WebP. You can export every size at once, or up to 20 reviews in one ZIP.

Which plans include Social Posts?

Social Posts is included on the Pro, Agency and Enterprise plans. Removing the StoryProof credit from your images is available on Pro, Agency and Enterprise.
