Why teams switch to StoryProof

A fraction of the price

StoryProof Pro is $490 a year with unlimited new reviews. Trustmary’s lowest paid plan is $2,292 a year.[1]

Widgets are not metered by views

StoryProof plans limit how many widgets you run on the lower tiers, not how many visitors see them. Trustmary plans are sized by monthly widget views.[1]

Brands priced in the plan

Agency includes 15 separate brand spaces for $149/mo.

Looking for a Trustmary alternative?

Teams usually look for a Trustmary alternative when the price of the paid plans outgrows what they use, or when they only need testimonials and not the survey suite.

StoryProof focuses on video and text testimonials, review import and display, at a much lower list price. If surveys and NPS are central, Trustmary remains the better fit.

Moving from Trustmary to StoryProof

  1. 1Export your reviews from Trustmary, or reconnect the original platforms (Google, G2, Capterra and others) directly in StoryProof.
  2. 2Paste in any remaining testimonials by hand.
  3. 3Create a StoryProof collection form and send new requests to it.
  4. 4Rebuild your widgets and swap the embed code page by page.

What we could not verify

  • Monthly-billing prices: the pricing page opens on annual billing, and the monthly figures were not seen on screen.
  • Seats, number of widgets, maximum video length, transcription, and which plan includes video collection.
  • Agency or per-organisation pricing: Trustmary has a partner program but publishes no price.
  • Trustpilot import: Trustpilot is not in either list of import sources on the pricing page.
  • Starter and Business prices in USD on 2026-10-19: the homepage showed annual prices in EUR (AI Visibility €1,990, Starter €2,990, Business €5,590, Enterprise €9,990), and the pricing page builds USD totals from parts. Only the AI Visibility total, $2,292 a year, was confirmed in USD that day; the other USD figures are from 2026-10-17.
  • The Scale plan: on 2026-10-19 the homepage listed an Enterprise plan at €9,990 a year in its place.
