The Marquee Strip runs your reviews as a continuous ticker. Cards scroll sideways on a loop. With two rows, the second runs the other way, which fills a wide section with motion and needs no controls at all.
Nobody has to interact with it. It is ambient proof: visitors catch a name, a star rating or a phrase as they scroll past, and the flow of reviews says the rest.
Where the Marquee Strip works best
- Between homepage sections, as a band that keeps the page moving.
- Under a hero or a logo row, to add customer voices without another heading.
- Launch and campaign pages, where energy matters more than reading every word.
When to choose a different layout
- Choose the Review Banner when you want a single line with a button, not a band of cards.
- Choose the Testimonial Wall when visitors should be able to read every review at their own pace.
What the Marquee Strip can show
Full review cards: name, photo, job title and company, stars, date, platform and verified badges, and the review text. Card colour, border, corner radius and the card style setting all apply.
Setting it up
- 1Keep reviews short or truncate them, since a moving card has only a moment to be read.
- 2Marquee is also one of the phone layouts any other widget can switch to on narrow screens.
Marquee Strip questions
One row or two?
Both are available. One row is quieter; two rows moving in opposite directions fill a wide section.
Marquee or carousel?
A marquee never stops and has no controls, so it is ambient. A carousel moves a step at a time and lets visitors go back and forth.
Can I turn the motion off?
Yes. Autoplay is a toggle, and with it off the cards stand still in their row.
