The Video Gallery lays your clips out as a grid of square thumbnails, each with a play button and its duration. Nothing moves on its own. A visitor scans the grid, chooses a clip, and it plays in a lightbox over the page.
It is made for browsing rather than for catching attention. Where the carousel decides the order for the visitor, the gallery lets them choose, which suits pages people open specifically to watch.
Where the Video Gallery works best
- A customer stories page, built for browsing many clips.
- A resources or case studies hub, where each video is a reference someone goes looking for.
- A centred pop-up, if you would rather not give the gallery a permanent section.
When to choose a different layout
- Choose the Video Carousel when you want clips to slide past on a landing page, with autoplay.
- Choose the Testimonial Wall when you want videos mixed in with written reviews in one arrangement.
What the Video Gallery can show
Square video thumbnails with play buttons and durations, opening in a lightbox. The reviewer's name can be shown under each thumbnail. Ratings and card styling are not part of this layout; the thumbnails are the design.
Setting it up
- 1Clips whose poster image shows the speaker clearly make the grid easier to browse.
- 2Add a heading that tells visitors what they are browsing, such as stories from a particular kind of customer.

It opens in a lightbox player over your page, so they can watch without leaving it.

The gallery shows every clip at once and lets the visitor choose. The carousel shows a few at a time and moves through the rest.
Can I show the customer's name?
Yes. Turning on the author adds the reviewer's name under each thumbnail.
